About the work/life balance training

Work and home are increasingly mixing (currently at an even faster pace due to the corona crisis). Finding balance has everything to do with making conscious choices. This workshop will help you gain insight into how you actually spend your time (and whether this is how you would prefer it to be). You will look at your own work/life balance and we will present the so-called "live/life balance". Because: besides the (approximately) 40 hours you work each week and the hours you sleep, you still have about 72 hours of free time.
