The Recharge takes you away from that and you suddenly find yourself reading that book that has been waiting for you for a while, meeting up with friends and going to the gym a lot. Habits that, I feel, make you calmer and healthier. I really liked the pure and vegetarian food and I want to keep up a few things from the Recharge after this challenge.
